We recruit nurses exclusively from the Philippines and, to better serve our hospital clients and nurse recruits, we focus to serve only New Jersey, New York City and Philadelphia areas. We offer hospitals and healthcare facilities skilled nurses with BSN degree or Diploma from an accredited school (where the language of instructions and textbooks is English), and who have passed the CGFNS Certification Program. We are a professionally managed corporation; our Recruiters/Regional Directors are NJ RN's still active in the work force. We have more than 75 years combined nursing experience, encompassing a variety of hospital settings: medical-surgical, OR, telemetry, ICU, ER, L&D, etc. Our experience also includes administrative and staff positions in nursing homes. We are therefore knowledgeable and attune to the present staffing needs of health care facilities, from staff as well as from administrative point of views. We offer our nurses partnership in obtaining their CGFNS Certificate, Visa Screen Certificate, and immigrant visa. We meet them at the airport when they arrive at the US and we provide them temporary housing. We guide them in the review and taking the NCLEX-RN examination to attain licensure to practice as registered nurses.
